Works consisted of a single storey extension to rear and side of property and an attic conversion. The rear and side of property was demolished and a steel structure was used to create the open plan living area in extension. There is a large sliding door and glass screen and velux windows aroung extension allow light to flow through entire area. The playroom is cleverly hidden behind a curved stud in the open plan area. The extension is finished in a sand and cement render with aluminium clad windows and doors.
