With over 15 years experience in the construction industry I strive to deliver superior quality projects within budget and time, I like to work closely with the client and architect as I believe that communication is key to delivering a successful project.
I started working in construction in 1996, after qualifying as an electrician I went to work for capel developments, a large developing company. In 2002 I became a finishing foreman, here I learned valuable knowledge in finishing details and meeting the requirements of the client. Having completed the CIOB site management diploma I became a site manager for Capel in 2006. Working with Capel I gained valuable management experience and construction knowledge.
In 2008 I founded AK construction which I later renamed Alter. I enjoy working in extension and renovations as every project is different. Meeting the expectations of both client and architect is my main priority.
