Works consisted of a single storey extension to rear of townhouse type property and redesign on entire ground floor. Steel was used to create a large ope to open up extension into a large open plan living area, a concertina type door separates the garden from the extension which when open brings the garden into the house. Large glazing units were used in the roof to bring light back into the existing house. Large glass doors and windows were used and the extension was completely wrapped in a cedar cladding.
