A large refurbishment and extension to the property, the works consisted of the demolition of the entire rear and back elevation of the property, the side of the property was moved out by 2 metres and there is a large two storey extsion to rear. The extension is finished with sand and cement render and cedar cladding with a butterfly style roof structure. The attic was also converted which is accessed through a stainless steel spiral staircase. A solid walnut staircase with glass screens with cantilevered handrail were also used.
