Works consisted of a large two storey extension to rear and refurbishment of the dwelling.  Having used steel beams to support rear structure of house the rear elevation of house was almost completely demolished to create a large open plan living area and extra bedroom upstairs. Details include a sedam living type green roof above extension and a glass floor suspended across a recess in floor which house a model train. Stainless steel , monocouche and granite were used on the extension and large glass windows and screens flood the extension with light.
